Radisson Residences Limassol is a curated collection of branded residences and serviced apartments. 

It is located in the Zakaki area around The City of Dreams casino resort.

Radisson Residences Limassol will compromise studios, two-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The residences will be complemented by high-end amenities including an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a café, outdoor pool and fitness room.

The residential development comprised of four 5-storey reinforced concrete buildings. The design is developed to respect environmental requirements and the architect's vision.

Our structural design is in accordance to the seismic law requirements for the area. One of the challenges of our team has been the geotechnical design of the foundation of the buildings due to the poor soil conditions near the Limassol's salt lake area.

The scope of our services also included to deliver the project in BIM.
