Who we are

A. J. Pericleous LLC is an awarded civil engineering firm that was established in 1994, succeeding the consulting firm N. S. Roussos and J. Pericleous Consultants Civil Engineers and Architects that was originally established in 1938 as one of the first firms of its kind in Cyprus.

The registration number of our engineering practice at the Technical Chamber of Cyprus is C00049.

The core competencies and values of our firm form a framework that guides its engineers through a step by step approach for each project. A unique mix of expertise and knowledge complemented by more than 70 years of design experience is utilized so that we always fully understand the demands of every project, its nature, its locations and its characteristics so that our clients are always satisfied.

The advanced knowledge and background of the engineers working in our firm assist in applying innovative solutions, maximizing cost-effectiveness and delivering the projects on time.

Our  firm  has  carried  out  numerous  structural  and  geotechnical  designs  of  civil  engineering  projects,  both public and private, some of which are considered as landmarks in Cyprus.

In 2015 our firm was shortlisted for a Structural Award by the Institution of Structural Engineers of UK.  Our company was nominated in the category of Small Engineering Practices for our project of the SBAA Environmental Center and it was selected among 300 projects from around the globe.
