The proposed development consists of a small-scale residential apartment building located on Georgiou Kondyli Street in Voula, Athens. The building comprises one basement level accommodating parking spaces and private residential areas, a ground floor and three upper residential floors for private use, as well as an additional upper level designed for loft-style residences.

The project is designed as a compact residential development, combining efficient use of space with private residential accommodation across the different levels.
