Our firm was awarded to develop the structural design of the project, after winning a structural competition with the most economic and efficient structural design for the client.

is responsible for the structural and geotechnical design of the 4-storey residential buildings, the communal buildings as well as all the common facilities, retaining walls, bbq areas, swimming pools etc.

Our team has also the responsibility of the storm drainage design and the design of all the private roads within the community.

Our design respects the environmental requirements, as the project is located near the Limassol saltlake.
