Three storey reinforced concrete residential building with pilotis.

The building’s structural system is formed by moment frames and shear walls for lateral stability and gravity loads.  The foundation is made with a raft slab and ground improvement methods with soil replacement and backfilling were implements to make up for the uneven levels at the plot
